esemanage.net is delivered as a 'SaaS' and is fully tested within Alcatel-Lucent to remotely deliver the 8600 Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch My Instant Communicator (MIC) and 8622 My Cellular Extension (MCE) configuration settings for 100’s, 1,000’s or 10,000’s of mobile devices from a centralised management console. This speeds the mobile deployment and reduces the effort that you, or your customers, need to deliver the Alcate-Lucent Unified Communication (UC) client to mobile users.
The esemanage.net will reduce the mobile device configuration time from many hours to a few simple mouse clicks.
The Service can be adopted by you, or your Customer to gain the benefits of ongoing Mobile Device Management which includes .... Security, Data Management, Support, Deployment .... giving you another revenue earning opportunity for your business.
esemanage.net is fully supported and tested by Alcatel-Lucent business solutions and therefore is easy for you to adopt with your customers. The platform will be delivered fully configured for use with the Alcatel-Lucent solutions and can also be adapted with other vital customer parameters including email settings and security configurations.
esemanage.net is delivered as a service and requires no software installation on the customer internal network. The mobile fleet configuration can be accessed from any Internet browser using secure user names and passwords.
