esemanage.net is a full Mobile Device Management (MDM) service for medium/large businesses. This is ‘Software as a Service’ which provides full Mobile Device Management without installing software within the customer’s IT network – the service is delivered remotely and can be enabled within hours.

You can use the esemanage.net service to initially deploy the mobile devices and configure the Alcatel-Lucent Unified Communications client but your customer will also gain from the additional benefits of MDM to totally manage the mobile fleet including client email solutions and security management.

As a Business Partner you can subscribe to this service on behalf of your customer, or resell the service and gain monthly revenue. The subscription is charged for each device connected to the MDM with a minimum commitment for 12 months.

This service includes the Alcatel-Lucent Deployment Service which is dedicated to delivering the MIC/MCE configuration to volumes of mobile devices, but also offers the wider benefits that Mobile Device Management will bring.

The full MDM is provided at a fixed charge of € 3.80 per device/month for a minimum of 12 months contract.
