esemanage.net support is delivered using remote technology, email and telephone. We are dedicated to providing a great experience using our service which means that we will use knowledge of your requirements to pre configure the MDM server for your specific requirements.
Esemanage.net will advise, plan, configure and test for your mobile environment by working closely with your deployment teams and building on our experience with the Alcatel UC client requirements.
Training is provided on a one to one basis where we will guide and demonstrate the esemanage.net platform using remote web technology.

Service Levels:
- Availability to the Customer of the mobile device management service – 5 working days from receipt of purchase order
- User Assistance requests – remote response within 4 hours
- Incident response within 4 hours
Options:
- The option for a dedicated instance of the mobile device management application and server at additional charge to the Customer
- The option for Remote device control (available as an option, with or without applying to the whole device estate at time of set-up)

Payment terms:
Deployment service: One-off payment in advance
MDM service (including deployment: 3 monthly (quarterly) in advance
Standard payment currency is Euro unless agreed in advance by specific agreement
Payment due within 30 days from invoice date
